WINART Suspension, containing Artemether and Lumefantrine, is indicated for the treatment of uncomplicated malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum; it is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of its components, may cause side effects such as headache, dizziness, and gastrointestinal disturbances, and can interact with drugs that affect liver enzymes, particularly those that induce or inhibit cytochrome P450.
